Annual Business Plans and Annual Reports
Each component is subject to an annual planning and reporting cycle, in which an Annual Business Plan (ABP) is due in March, for the subsequent financial year, and an annual Report (AR) is due in relation to that business plan, the September following the end of that financial year.
In general, a draft project plan is attached to funding agreements when the components are initiated, and an early milestone includes the provision of an initial implementation plan a few months after the project commences.
