| 7 December 2007 | face to face | The second meeting reviewed several initial draft project proposals leading to a discussion around the nature and purpose of NeAT projects and the questions that should be answered before detailed project planning should proceed. As a result the projects were reduced to a smaller set and a revised proforma was developed |
| 21 February 2008 | face to face | Review of the spread of projects across technologies, across communities and across services. |
| 7 April 2008 | access grid | Review of progress on those project's agreed at last meeting. |
